I know I said that I was going to post pictures of my Coconut Curry about a week ago...but I forgot or got distracted or something. But here it is now!

This wasn't my favorite curry that I've made - admittedly, it's only the third - but it was still tasty. I could have gone with more heat, more coconut and less cinnamon, but I'll know for next time.

This morning I made Cheddar-Jalapeño scones, which were honestly a bit of a disappointment. They were tasty enough, but they needed more salt and more heat to be really good.
