The Great Gnocchi Experiment

Originally Eddy and I (along with half of the SU physics department...which amounts to something like 5 people) were going to have dinner with one of our friends who has recently graduated. Sadly, Eddy has informed that she is sick and the dinner will have to be postponed. So, of course I decide that tonight should be a night to make something crazy for dinner, and I've spent the last 20 minutes googling for Butternut Squash Gnocchi recipes. This may turn out to be a disaster, but stay tuned!
